The laundry facility was a lifesaver. It made managing my clothes so much easier. Check-in was quick, and the staff seemed accommodating at first. However, the room showed signs of neglect. There were sticky floors, and I noticed the bathroom faucet was loose. The bed was comfortable, but the overall cleanliness could have been much better. There was also some noise from the hallway that interrupted my sleep. I loved the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It helped for quick meals during my stay, which I appreciated. But the experience was somewhat marred by the cleanliness issues that need addressing.

During my stay at Motel 6-Richmond, Va, I-64 West, I appreciated the friendly staff who greeted me warmly at the reception. The free parking was a plus, making it convenient to come and go without any hassle.

The electronic locks were down during my stay, meaning I had to ask the front desk for access each time I needed to get in, which was super frustrating.

The Deluxe Queen Room was nice with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a microwave. It had a kitchenette, coffee machine, refrigerator, and shower. Cable channels and internet facilities were available. Staff was super helpful when I needed assistance. The laundry on-site is a huge bonus too!
